Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S9

Phone is better than expected. It's an S9 but came with Android 10 very pleased about that. Before I swapped my Sim into the phone I spent many days going through settings disabling lots of Apps and battery saving actions, enabling battery saving mode is not enough, had to go into every app to disable background usage. It was a week well spent as the phone is now sweet. That was not a Backmarket issue it is just the way Android is, I go two days between charges now. I will recommend friends to Backmarket if the opportunity arises.

Very pleased with my Galaxy S9, and will be even more pleased when I figure out how all the available services actually work - but that's my problem. Have already recommended Back Market to friends.

Top seller, phone arrived like new have no problems since would definitely use the same seller again.

Ordered at 4.30pm on Thursday, received at 2pm on Friday. I received exactly what I was promised. Not the first time I've used Backmarket and it won't be the last.
