Order: Samsung Galaxy 256Gb handset. 2nd May Received: 10th May, Samsung Galaxy S9 64Gb handset. Yes, there was a national Bank Holiday at the time of ordering, but after an extended wait for delivery, to receive a device with 1/4 of the storage capacity than paid for (with NO explaination) was beyond disappointing. Incorrect item has since been returned to seller; and again, I am left waiting for a response, refund, acknowledgement, etc. Don't think I'll be using this service again; have been very put-off by this experience.

I bought mobile 20.03.2024.my mobile battery problem start july 2024.but asked them they said no warranty. I don't know what is commercial warranty. only 4 months batter bubble came .phone not even stayed continuously 30 minutes. they rejected my battery change .if the battery old why did sell the mobile. why warranty gave me no reason. never by mobile again from back market .
