The Galaxy S9 arrived in perfect condition, it looked brand new! Bought in November 2021 and still going strong.(Feb 2024) Unfortunately, my screen got accidentally broken so I've ordered another one. I had no hesitation in returning to Back Market to replace my mobile phone and highly recommend the company. Excellent value for money, swift dispatch and well packaged items. I don't usually buy refurbished electrical but i really can't fault it. The website was quick and easy to use the both back market and the company that sold through them, have an a quick and efficient service. Really happy with my new phone, the quality of my phone was a lot better standard to what I thought. delivery was a bit long but definitely worth the wait.
