I have previously purchased my refurbished phones from a well known competitor, but on this occasion I decided to try out Back Market as they offered a better (and cheaper!) deal on this phone, AND they offered the 'new battery' option, which the other service didn't. All I can say is WOW, just WOW! The phone arrived in mint condition (as described) along with 100% battery health. I must admit though, when I picked up the box and heard something small and rattling about inside, I dreaded opening it expecting a broken screen or something. But no, it was only the sim card tray adapter and Lightning cable. lol. I feel like I have just bought a brand new phone, it IS that good! I purchased the Iphone 11 Pro Max 64GB for my daughter. The phone is as good as new and she is thrilled with it. So far so far, no issues! Brilliant service from backmarket, iPhone 11 Pro Max arrived 2 days early and is now set up and working brilliantly. Looks brand new, no evidence of scratches etc. I was provided a charging cable but am unable to use it as I haven’t the right adapter as it is apparently for the newer models and my previous model was an iPhone 7, not sure what I need to do as it’s of no use unless I can get an appropriate adapter.

My excellent phone tells me that it cannot guarentee that it has an Apple battery! I was under the impression that only real Apple batteries were used. Other brands can cause irreparable damage. I meed some guarantees about my purchase. Please advise.

Phone came in perfect condition as described, however the phone was locked to a network after stating the phone was unlocked. This was bought as a gift and being that we were out of the country we have unlocked the phone ourselves with a separate company which was a bit of a disappointment as we were unable to use the phone straight away.

My unit was ordered in excellent condition and arrived in the promised condition, maybe a minor scratch on the sides but nothing that would prevent you from using it. The parts were all genuine except for the battery and the replacement has been decent. I am still using the phone with no issues even a year and a half later.

Ordered a ‘good’ phone, arrived good condition no scratched etc, battery health 85%, only issue? Phone speakers not working on call (only when speaker was on could I hear the caller). Had to return. This is my 2nd return - for the exact same issue! Decided to try a different model. Black Market, there should be a requirement for all sellers to test the calls made from the phone since this seems to be a trend here!
