I have previously purchased my refurbished phones from a well known competitor, but on this occasion I decided to try out Back Market as they offered a better (and cheaper!) deal on this phone, AND they offered the 'new battery' option, which the other service didn't. All I can say is WOW, just WOW! The phone arrived in mint condition (as described) along with 100% battery health. I must admit though, when I picked up the box and heard something small and rattling about inside, I dreaded opening it expecting a broken screen or something. But no, it was only the sim card tray adapter and Lightning cable. lol. I feel like I have just bought a brand new phone, it IS that good! Second iPhone 11 Pro Max purchased from black market. I bought ‘good’ condition, handset was spotless looked brand new. Fast delivery as promised. Really please with this phone, only complaint is that the battery charge doesn’t hold as well as a brand new handset but this has to be expected when buying refurbished.
