First I want to say that I was pleased to receive the order earlier than I expected it. Second the phone is absolutely as described. I was a bit sceptical at the begging thinking that a refurbished phone will never be the same as the new one but now that I've received my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra all I can say that you can bet is new and not refurbished. Would I buy anything else from Back Market? Yeees, of course. I recommend 💯. Thank you 🙂

I had never heard of Back Market before and was a little apprehensive about placing an order, but my concerns were totally unfounded. The phone I selected was rated as in excellent condition and arrived very quickly. When I opened the parcel, the phone was in almost mint condition. I say "almost" as there was a very tiny mark on the side of the case, less than 1mm in size. The phone works perfectly and within minutes I was transferring my data from my old phone. I contacted Back Markets customer support just after the order was place with a couple of questions and they respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. I would have no problem recommending Back Market to anyone wanting to buy a refurbished device based on my experience.

I really needed a phone for only about a year so I decided to get a fair phone. Well it's brilliant. hardly any scratches or marks and works perfectly! I am so impressed with a "fair" phone. why I haven't brought a refurbished phone before I don't know!

at first I wasn't sure about a refurbished phone but I must admit I was pleasantly surprised the description said fair but it was better than that the phone works as it should its a massive jump from my old s10 i will definitely be ordering from backmarket again
