I'm happy with the purchase I know it's not new but it is practically 90 percent as new confident with my purchase I am already thinking of buying one for each of my children I recommend for those who think buying can trust 100 percent

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished mobile, and after much pondering I settled on the Dark Red S22 Ultra 128gb, they said the the screen was flawless, and that's how it arrived, absolutely pristine condition, like brand new, not a mark anywhere on the screen or body, the battery came charged at more than 80%, and of course it had the built is S pen, I couldn't be more pleased with it it, delivery was quick and it came very packaged, along with excellent communication and great buying experience. At first I was sceptical about buying refurbished phones online, but after seeing that most of the reviews were positive, I decided to buy the phone in premium condition which upon arrival was in premium condition! No visible scratches or damage on the front and back on the phone, everything in the phone is working, although I have noticed the battery is not quite as good as I expected it to be (but apparently you have to wait a bit after getting a new phone for the battery life to get slightly better, so I still have high hopes). Also, the top of the phone seems to get hot a bit quick but it is probably due to my usage so its not a bit problem to me.

I loved how quickly the phone got here, phone is in great quality and i have had zero issues with it, one thing i would love to see moving forward is that in the product box there should be a "refurbished" form with anything that has been repaired with the phone, so that the customer knows exactly what to expect with the phone

S22 ultra 512 gb, First time purchase refurbished Mobile in my life, really impressed from the condition of device, even I choose just fair one but its came in excellent condition like brand new scratch less body. Battery is also good and hopefully it will be good in future, because I just start using device one week ago . Thanks for the Backmarket. My next purchase will be 14 pro max in 3 months, thanks alot

Fantastic experience all round. This is my second refurbished phone purchased in 'fair' condition from back market and the second time I'm baffled by the near pristine condition of the handset. This S22 ultra looks and feels brand new.
