I have been a long time buyers at ebay.co.uk. But its my first time I have bought a refurbished mobile phone from Back Market. Galaxy S23 Ultra arrived faster than expected. Its state is like brand new except a small scratch on the top of it which is not easily seen. I am very delighted with this phone!

After much research I decided to go for a Samsung, after never having one before. The S23 ultra gets great reviews even though its not the newest model. First time i have brought a reconditioned phone , and I have been pleased with it. Condition good- has one scratch on the screen very minor and a couple of scratches on the edge - with a cover on it no one would ever know. This phone is far superior to my previous Google pixel phone in every way- im loving it so far .

I can't justify spending over a thousand pound on a phone so I decided to buy a refurbished galaxy s23 ultra, I paid extra for an immaculate screen but left the body as gently used. In all it cost me £415 and I must say the phone looks as if it's hardly ever been used, the screen is perfect and the body is also in perfect condition,not to mention the fast delivery. I will be ordering 1 again for the wife for her birthday.

Simply perfect. I was a bit worried about taking a fair condition but I had budget constraints. And I couldn't be happier I didn't go for a higher condition as my phone only has a few tiny scratches on the sides that aren't even visible with a case on. It works perfectly and I still can't believe how big of an upgrade this phone is for half the price of my previous phone. Won't be going through anything else than refurbished from now on!

Was thrilled to bits with the Galaxy S23 Ultra, I am not very tech minded but I think I made the right choice, it was delivered well before the day I was given so that was a plus, the phone was like new and did not have a mark on it, the battery is good and holds its charge well. I will certainly use BackMarket when I am next ready for an upgrade.

Perfect condition for "fair", I've counted 3 chips in the phone, two on the bottom camera bump and one of the left side of the frame. Screen is pretty much flawless, 2 minor scratches/cracks in the screen which are only visible if you really look for them. As for performance I used geekbench to benchmark the phone and actually got above average performance. The phone can run anything, albeit extremely demanding mobile games when their settings are maxed out. Battery life is alright, lasts longer than an iphone and it won't cost hundreds to get it replaced, same goes for screen. Speakers are fine also. I'm really not sure what the other three entire grades mean for the phone, I was expecting a phone with a giant crack, bad battery, camera or sound but I got a pretty much perfect phone for a refurbished item that's been out for nearly 3 years now Overall amazing phone, the last Samsung phone with a curved screen that can you run anything you throw at it. I don't need to mention the camera but the 10x optical zoom is very cool.
