    Fantastic deal and quality phone. Was a much need upgrade from my ipohone 7, which this feels like a smartphone gone light speed! Couldn't tell it was refurbished as screen was great, phones great and the battery life is very good - got mine in "excellent condition" so can't comment on other grades 😀

    I bought a refurbished s23 ultra in good, and the phone is perfect, I really couldn't see any marks on it, but that wasn't an issue as I always use a case. But when the time comes I will buy from back market again.

    Fantastic experience with BackMarket. First time I'd bought a refurbished phone and it was a great success. The phone is in exceptional condition, looks the part and functions at 100%. I was concerned about the battery life but the phone exceeded expectations and for a fraction of the price. The red colour makes it unique and very glad to try out BackMarket and will definitely buy more of my electrical needs/goods through this site! Would highly recommend!

    Am very happy indeed with my S23 ultra. Looks and feels like new. No scratches or marks. Had for a few weeks now, and all appears to be working perfectly 👌 Was worried about buying my first refurbished phone, but the 30 day returns policy swayed it for me. Will return to Backmarket when I'm ready to buy again.

    🔥 I have ordered a S23 Ultra as a good condition but it's condition felt like a excellent only a small dent was there on the left corner.. Guys if you're purchasing your refurbished mobile phone try to check seller should be @4gadgets. These guys are awesome, I have purchased note 20 ultra and S23 ultra from them and both the phones are awesome 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thanks @4gadgets.

    Phone works perfectly, and for almost half what they sell for new. I ordered a Galaxy S23 Ultra in fair condition, what I received exceeded my expectations. There were minor scratches on the screen that were only noticeable when a bright light was shone on them. There were also one or two scratches that were more significant, but not noticeable when the screen was on and these disappeared completely with the application of a decent Dome Glass screen protector. The back of the case was in excellent condition, but there were a few scratches around the charge port, and some small dents on the camera surrounds, no scratches on the actual lens. With a case and some camera lens protectors on its not noticeable at all. Only problem was the charge cable wasn't good enough, the phone would complain that it wasn't connected securely, after switching to one from another Samsung phone it worked fine. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase and would buy from Back Market resellers again.

    First time I've used Back market - part of Phones direct so bigger than you might think. Great service great price. The excellent quality Galaxy S23 Ultra was indeed that and worked perfectly - as good as brand new but a lot cheaper. Can't recommend these guys enough

    Love, love love my new (recycledGalaxy S23 Ultra) phone! Due to a badly broken front screen on my Galaxy Fold, I had to buy a new phone, and I am SO happy to have discovered Back Market! Their pricing was amazing, (about half the price of a new one) and you would never ever know this wasn’t a brand new phone. They even gave me a trade-in price on my Galaxy which wasn’t much, but better than throwing it out. Their service was great, phone was delivered fast and I couldn’t be happier.

    very pleased with my new phone, delivered within 2 days , the phone is immaculate, does exactly as described, would definitely recommend back market to anyone, absolutely love my Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra. SPOT ON !!!!!!!! AND they took my old phone as a trade in, gave me exactly what they quoted ..super pleased
