I could not be happier with my purchase! The ease of ordering, the super speedy postage of the phone which was packaged very well. This is my first time buying a refurbished phone, I will definitely not hesitate to do so again. I did choose a phone in "excellent condition" and I was not let down, it looks and works as if it was brand new from the shop. It's honestly great! I was nervous about buying a refurbished product as I've never bought one before but it's perfect. No scratches, no issues with performance. Might as well be a new phone. Granted I bought one in Excellent condition but you actually get an excellent condition one. The delivery was quick, there were no issues. Since getting this phone (about a month ago), I have not had any problems (yet). I was quite nervous about buying this phone refurbished, but I was surprised how new it looked (I chose the excellent quality). The S23 was the best price I could find for a refurbished phone. I always buy refurbished as it’s always best! Phone came and it literally looks as new! It even had the plastic covers around the edges and faces of the mobile! The seller included a FREE case and screen protector which was a nice touch. Delivery was a day later than expected which is disappointing as I’d paid for the delivery! Great in all respects other than battery performance, which drains too quickly (and not due to apps in bg, etc). This must be a rare case, because all our other purchases of refurbished phones from Back Market have been brilliant. Disappoint though. (P.S.
