Quality of my phone is exceptional- wouldn't have guessed it was refurbished. Postage was quick with the option to track. Will use Back Market again if I need another phone.

Purchased a Samsung S23 to replace an earlier version. From initial choice to receiving my replacement all went very well. Received phone was as quoted and delivery was on time. Would I recommend Back Market - Yes I would.

I didn't expect delivery until Tues but it arrived Saturday, 3 days early! perfect timing for my holiday. I'm so happy to have a Samsung back! couldn't afford a new one and I have 6 months to go on my contract. Such good value and the phone is like new. I'm so happy! No one at Backmarket has confirmed or denied the status of the S23 phone that was sent to me, but I believe the phone that was sent by this seller was rooted. The phone came exceptionally quickly. It was in the excellent condition it was described. However, I quickly realised that it receive couldn't updates. None of the defense-level grade Samsung apps worked on the phone. Everything else operated fine. The Samsung online community told me that the machine showed signs of being rooted via a CPID server. These types of devices are illegal. I expected to use a phone for £400 that couldn't receive security updates. I might as well go and publish my bank details on Instagram. The arrival of this phone caused me nothing but stress and confusion. I was disappointed and shocked. I was fully refunded today. The week or so I lost dealing with, diagnosing and solving this issue I will not get back though!

Came in really good condition accurate with the description of the grade. Very pleased, great working phone for the best price i could ! One thing to note is it didn't come in the original box- but if that doesn't bother you then no issue there.

I was pleased overall with the item - which seems to have a good battery life and was very easy to set up. The quality is overall as expected, though there was an area of faint abrasion scratching to top right of the screen which can be seen when turned to the light. Delivery was via Royal Mail, who are unreliable, and thus promised on a Tuesday and delivered on Thursday.

I am very happy after two weeks of having my new phone! The battery is very good, and the phone looked spotless as advertised. First time user - I've now recommended to friends and family for when they need a new phone
