Excellent service from start to finish. i couldn't be more impressed. The refurbished phone classed as Excellent looks as new, and arrived within a day of ordering. My trade-in went extremely smoothly - no quibbles, and money in the bank within a week. Five stars!

Phone arrived in double quick time. When I checked it I couldn't find a mark. You wouldn't know it was refurbished - it looked so good. Works as it should. I have used Back Market before and will use them again if I need anything.

My Galaxy S23 (marked Excellent) arrived without any physical blemishes or scratches. Having used it for a number of weeks, I've noticed no hardware defects and no other problems for the time being. Very happy with the purchase

Picked the good condition, very nice phone brilliant. The only thing I'm a little bit unsure is the battery as it doesn't last long (I do know it's a refurbished phone) but I bought phones from here before that had s better performance.
