    It's honestly great! I was nervous about buying a refurbished product as I've never bought one before but it's perfect. No scratches, no issues with performance. Might as well be a new phone. Granted I bought one in Excellent condition but you actually get an excellent condition one. The delivery was quick, there were no issues. Best decision I made in a while.

    Thrilled! Phone arrived looking brand new (I selected excellent grade). I've been using it for 2 weeks and have not had any issues at all. Battery life is amazing, and everything seems to be working perfectly. Would definitely recommend ordering refurbished from Back Market :)

    I could not be happier with my purchase! The ease of ordering, the super speedy postage of the phone which was packaged very well. This is my first time buying a refurbished phone, I will definitely not hesitate to do so again. I did choose a phone in "excellent condition" and I was not let down, it looks and works as if it was brand new from the shop. Have spread the word on how happy I am and hubby is looking to get a refurbished phone through yourselves next month.

    I had never used Back Market before or bought a refurbished phone, so I was nervous. But the phone is great, and I was impressed to get the full quoted amount for my old phone, because I have felt ripped off before. Highly recommend.

    The S23 was the best price I could find for a refurbished phone. I always buy refurbished as it’s always best! Phone came and it literally looks as new! It even had the plastic covers around the edges and faces of the mobile! The seller included a FREE case and screen protector which was a nice touch. Delivery was a day later than expected which is disappointing as I’d paid for the delivery! All in all can’t fault the service or the device

    Great in all respects other than battery performance, which drains too quickly (and not due to apps in bg, etc). This must be a rare case, because all our other purchases of refurbished phones from Back Market have been brilliant. Disappoint though. (P.S. You need an emoji between 'flat mouth' and 'mini frown' - that's where I would have pegged this rating!)

    The Galaxy S23 was as described and flawless.Lovely phone with a long battery life. Will definitely use Back Market again! The only bugbear was the carrier DPD who messed me about with the delivery but all good in the end.

    Since getting this phone (about a month ago), I have not had any problems (yet). I was quite nervous about buying this phone refurbished, but I was surprised how new it looked (I chose the excellent quality). I haven't had to use the support from this website (as of yet), but hopefully they can help me out if a problem ever occurs at one point. 5*
