Very pleased with this order ! First time getting refurbished equipment and honestly I will order again ! The description matches the product which was one scary point at first (RAM, size, GB, MHz, etc). Packed very safely and rolled in plastic to spot any issues at first sight.

All good, delivered in a timely manner and in a sturdy box. So far it's working fine, no problems.

don't ever use this platform. I bought a computer a 11 days ago that was never shipped, and rather than being helped the deliertstatus was fraudulently changed by the supplier and thr customer service reps just stopped responding to my messages. Someone somewhere still has my money I'm left with no computers, no answers and no reason not to go straight to the police. At this stage I just want my money to go elsewhere and be done with these fucking people and their bullshit platform. Don't. Just don't.

For the most part it is okay. But I'm not sure whether this is a MSI thing, but some time after exiting a game it shuts down. I'm wondering if this is a safety function. But so far, it's been good

customer service is a joke, they provide the worst possible option and wouldn't even care after the purchase is done
