Fantastic Surface Pro 4 looks like new to be honest so very pleased. Just what I needed for digital motorbike manuals and part catalogues. Touchscreen is brilliant speed is really good. And just the right size for using in the garage. An inexpensive item for what I needed so I am really happy with my purchase and the customer service was great. I know where I will be looking first for any tech I need going forward.

The battery dies in about 5 hours use, but apart from that it’s great, good size and works amazingly

Everything is working fine, just one reservation and that’s the battery. Not strong enough as expected, however not too poor. Overall a really nice purchase.

It was delivered promptly and is a delight. My old Surface died from overuse - the keyboard was worn out and the screen started flickering after c30 minutes, so it was time for a change. But I was so happy with the old Surface that I decided to get the same thing, just a more modern version. The condition was excellent - it looked like new and its performance is superb. I also like the sound quality which is much better than my former Surface. Couldn't be happier - and it was a v good price as well.

can't grumble and fit a refurb it's working pretty good. even got it to play my pc pass for Xbox live. very handy and I've got videos and photos to edit on it

At first I doubted if the product would come due to stories of scammers. Honestly you guys rock I received a good laptop and there are no issues. Thank you so much am loving my laptop and will continue to buy from back market.

My Surface pro 4 arrived on time and as new. Have been using if since and been impressed with the programs it is able to run. i don't have surface pen but use a generic one, it works fine for what I need. As expected the battery isn't great but I get 3-4 hours which is all I need, charging is easy.

The Surface por 4 was indeed in excellent condition. Also the charging cable and keyboard had little use. I’ve been using a Surface pro 4 for the last 4 years as a company laptop. I will retire in a few months and I really wanted the same laptop. I am very happy.

the order arrived fine and came on time. back market was very efficient but the Surface Pro stopped turning on 5 days after purchase and the screen was having issues from day 1. For a product that is not that discounted compared to other second-hand resellers it was just really frustrating the have to be getting the product fixed less than a week after receiving it. i am in the process of getting the product fixed through back market but if the product is not properly wiped they won't fix it, I cant guarantee the remote wipe has worked as the product won't turn on.
