Good speed,but however battery doesn't last for long.touch screen and touch panel don't work properly they some times stop working and I have to restart PC to get them working

I ordered it 15 days ago and to date it has not arrived and on top of that I have to contact customs so that they can deliver it to me and make a refund.

Le produit en soit fonctionne et heureusement. En effet, le vendeur a mis deux semaines pour m'envoyer mon achat. Il ne l'a fait que suite à ma plainte du temps pris pour le faire. Par ailleurs, une fois le colis arrivé, une mauvaise surprise s'est exposée à moi: le vendeur m'a envoyé la tablette sans le clavier promis dans l'annonce (qwerty). J'ai donc du recontacter le vendeur pour qu'il puisse me l'envoyer. Or, sa première réponse fut de me demander de lui renvoyer l'ordinateur afin qu'ils me remboursent. Cela faisait 3 semaines que j'avais acheté l'ordinateur et j'en avais besoin pour mon travail. Je voulais donc qu'ils m'envoient un clavier, mais d'après le vendeur, il n'y en avait plus et c'est pourquoi ils ont décidé de m'envoyer la tablette sans clavier, plutôt que de m'avertir de ce manque. Suite à une semaine de discutions, j'ai enfin pu recevoir mon clavier, qui d'ailleurs, n'est pas un clavier qwerty mais azerty! Je suis très déçue du vendeur et de la livraison bien qu'ils aient trouvé une solution (beaucoup trop tardive). D'autre part, j'ai payé pour un microsoft surface pro 5 en parfait état. Malheureusement, la tablette ne l'est pas, le lecteur usb étant abimé. La tablette est arrivée très salle.
