Good little laptop. No issues with the product itself. Only problem is Backmarket seem to have issues sending proper products. Bought this as the first refurbished laptop I bought from them had a broken charger and the charging port was very loose. This laptop arrived in better condition but the wifi chip was not installed properly so I had to take the laptop apart and fix it myself. It also had not been factory reset. Seems like they need better quality control.

Works almost like new. Trackpad is a little off but that might be a result of installing a different OS. One mark on the lid but otherwise undamaged. Can't expect much more from a refurbished piece of kit so I'm very happy with the purchase.

I needed a fairly basic laptop for work, mostly for internet research and photo storage but didn’t want to buy new for such a small amount of work. As usual the exact thing I needed was available for a very reasonable price on your website. Delivery was prompt and the laptop was well-packaged. The device was as advertised. I am very please with my Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 12-inch (2020). The screen is perfect (no marks, scratches or dead pixels). The system is nippy/slick and has what appears to be a fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro (great!). The only downside is the existing battery life (approx 3h tops). I suspected up front that the battery life would be on the low side given that the device is about 5 years old. This is not a deal breaker as I mostly use it plugged in anyway. As far as I can tell, it should not be too much bother to swap out the old battery for a new 3rd-party battery.

The laptop was in excellent condition and arrived quickly. There was a good selection to choose from and the whole process was really easy. This was my first time purchasing a reconditioned laptop and I would definitely do so again from Back Market.

Delighted with this Dell Latitude 5320 Laptop. If I hadn't been told refurbished, I would have taken as brand new. Works like a dream, why did I wait so long? My daughter recommended Back Market as she has used for her son's school work. I was so thrilled, my husband updated his tablet & equally delighted.

My honest review here! I ordered HP EliteBook 1040 G10 advertised as Core i7-1360P; got Core i7-1365U instead, a less powerful processor. It’s a good laptop not just what I really wanted for performance. I’ll however give the customer service here a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ cos a resolution was reached, I got to keep the laptop as the 1360p wasn’t In stock and was given a 10% partial refund.

Very pleased with the Lenovo Thinkpad I thought it would be refurbished but it looked brand new. Company easy to deal with communication was brilliant. Came very quickly . Would definitely buy from them again.

So far, I would say I love my new product and it packaging was very good. Everything works fine at the moment 👍
