I just want to say it my first experience buying used refurbished mobile. i have been buying brand new apple from more then 10 years and i'm the kind pf person who loves keeping the gadgets mobiles laptops in a flawless condition. i came across this site and accidently ordered a fare grade mobile which was very rough and according to the website description. After one of receiving the order I came to know the site has option to select grades so I immediately returned the device. Then I reordered the same phone from same seller in excellent grade and seriously I'm amazed with conditioned it really give you a brand new phone vibe. Cons: customer support not responds timely. no helpline no to call very canned responses. can improve packaging a bit battery health are okay first phone was 83 and the next one i reordered was 84 pros you can get a phone exactly according to your budeget 12 months warranty plus extended covers as well for 35£ very cheap recommendation. dont go for fair grade you wont like that but they have very clear details about each single grade so atleast go good grade or excellent. i got my excellent grad...

4/5So far I am absolutely delighted with my refurbished iPhone 13 it is everything it said it would be. It came very quickly and well packed. I haven’t yet received the refund on my iPhone 11. Once the money is in the bank . This is the second refurbished phone and an Apple Watch from Back market and they have all been excellent. The exchange refund on my iPhone 11 worked brilliantly. Money safely in the bank so upgrade achieved painlessly and for a reasonable outlay.

4/5Aye my refurbished iPhone 13 is grand. Phone came quickly and well wrapped. It’s a Fair model so it has bumps and paint scrapes but no dents or bashes. The battery goes up to 100% which I’m chuffed about. Refurbished phones are definitely the way forward. Has taken a bit of time going from a Samsung to Apple, no proper back button and the set up of picture scrolling and a few other things aren’t as good. Will probably go back to Samsung with my next phone but wanted to try Apple for once. Would highly recommend BackMarket, good little unit altogether.

5/5Was recommended by a friend I was using an android phone and was not happy I did not want to pay the full price for an apple phone ,but when I went to your site and the choices you have on offer was mind blowing, l decided to get an iPhone 13 Pro Max 512 gig in pristine condition I am what’s know as some one who can spot imperfections , when the phone was delivered I was over the moon with the condition it was perfect , there was not a mark on it and it was back to factory settings and I payed half the price I would have payed for a new iPhone , Ive have it now for a few weeks and I can’t thank Back Market enough ,the phone has turned out muck better than I could ever imagined ,I have shown it to a few of my friends and they were impressed by the price and the phone itself and one has told me his mum keeps breaking her iPad so guess where he’s going to get a reconditioned iPad ,they say you get what you pay for and in that respect I could not have bought better thanks Back Market hope to deal with you again in the future a very happy customer thanks xx

4.9/5iphone 12 was purchased for a family member and i chose the excellent condition handset. Phone was delivered within a few days and it was perfect! Screen and general handset had zero blemishes etc, it started up like a brand new iphone with the set up as you would expect with a new device. Of course saved some money buying a refurbished device but it also reduces the general environmental impact you would associate with a brand new phone. The only thing that would make this better would be if the phone came in an apple box. I bought one on line to put the phone in (a tenner online!) Would recommend buying a refurb through back market.

The phone arrived quickly and looked almost brand new, with only minor marks that are hardly noticeable. It performs flawlessly and has great battery life, camera, and I appreciate the significant savings compared to a new device. And also, surprised my with a brand new charger in the box.

4.4/5Paid the extra for an excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro Max … I’m a little disappointed that there is dirt present around the camera lenses and the earpiece. The cable they sent me is a lightning type c connection not a usb connection. Minor things really, but attention to detail could be better by the refurbishing company. All in all the handset is in very good condition with no visible marks on casing or screen. Will get it into an authorised iPhone repair shop to have the battery changed as it is only at 87% health, and will get them to clean it up thoroughly.

5/5I was really nervous about ordering refurbished after reading a mix of reviews but the phone is almost flawless! A couple small marks around the edge and one on the top of a camera lens (doesn’t affect pictures) but considering how much cheaper it was I’m happy with that! No scratches at all on screen or back. Batter life on 88% and also came with a screen protector. My boyfriend has used Back Market for an iPhone 13 Pro and has had the same great experience. Would use again and recommend to anyone!
