I was really pleased with my purchase. I have never bought a refurbished phone before but I can highly recommend. Backmarket were great suppliers and I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

The quality is really good. the battery charges up to a 100%. No cracks, no.visble damage, can't tell it's refurbished. love it.

Very Pleased with the unit however a bit disappointed when the promised trade in was dropped by 20% for what I think was a biased assessment. The trade in unit was very well packed with photographic evidence to prove the integrity of the state prior to posting.

Quick & safe delivery, easy to set up. I replaced my iPhone 8plus of over 10yrs, I thought I had measured the size of screen and it would be similar size but it was smaller … happy mistake as I’ve found it a better fit to pop in a pocket. I’m really pleased with my purchase, loving my upgrade 🥰

I’m amazed at how high quality the phone is, premium really did mean premium! I checked the number of battery lifecycles done and it was 0! Honestly amazing and I will be telling everyone to buy their next iPhone from Backmarket.

bought in fair condition with standard battery. battery capacity was 100% and condition of the phone was excellent only few scuffs on the side which don't bother me at all. absolutely no damage or scratches to the screen or back of phone. in love with new device and got it for a bargain of £425 (after trading in my iPhone 13). really happy with this website, always use it when buying new tech, couldn't recommend it enough!!!
