It's a really great phone and I'm really happy with my purchase. I have never used BackMarket before but the whole transaction was superb from start to finish. The process was really easy, I got a good price for my iPhone 11 which I traded in and every step in the process was communicated very well and the phone was delivered earlier than I expected too which was a bonus. I bought an iPhone 16e in Pristine condition and when it arrived it was immaculate, was first used only four months previously and after my trade in I saved c20% off the price of a new one. I will definitely be using BackMarket again and I could not recommend the company high enough for its quality of service.
