My refurbished iPhone 13 mini is great. The only minor point to raise is that it clearly been refurbished with a non-Apple battery and I keep getting notifications telling me that the device can’t recognise the battery and that as a consequence the battery health reporting may be inaccurate. Not what I was expecting! Any hints on how to get the phone to verify the battery?

It did not look refurbished. It look like a brand new iPhone not a scratch came with 100% battery I charge my battery every two days. Over the moon with my purchase of the iPhone 12 Pro Max! I previously had an 11 pro max but needed more storage so the 12 pro max was the next perfect choice. Using backmarket was quick, easy and hassle free! Delivery only took a few days. I kept the cost down by accepting minor cosmetic damage but the phone looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t 100% recommend using backmarket to anyone looking for used like new/ refurbished mobiles and I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

This is the first time I have ever bought a refurbished phone. I bought an iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition on Monday and it arrived next day. It looks brand new! And functions as new as well. Battery health very good at 86%. I am very pleased with the item and definitely will buy again from Backmarket.

Perfect service When you are needing a new phone this is the app/website I recommend, please don’t faff about with used phones from Facebook marketplace etc that may come with a nasty suprise such as iCloud activation locks, marked as stolen/lost or blacklist for unpaid contract, this company knows what they are doing partnering with some of the biggest phone refurbishing companies to bring the best quality and value for money phones as possible, I bought a fair example iPhone 15 pro and I was pleased to find out that it came with an almost perfect battery with 94% battery health. And with only a few micro scratches on the screen it was a perfect phone for the price. I cannot wait to purchase more devices from backmarket

I’m really pleased with my iPhone 13. It exceeds my expectations and is quite beautiful! This company is doing a great thing for the planet and for our pockets. I love the idea of not buying new especially when a reconditioned phone can be this good.
