very pleased, the phone looks brand new and the battery is much better than my last one. came in the original box with all the original accessories too. absolutely pristine

I love my phone. This is the first time for years that I have a phone that does what I want. Back Market sent the phone as promised, on time and phone is in perfect condition.

The battery life is quite short constantly having to charge it

Great arrived, promptly.

It was as advertised, came quickly, the box doesn't come with a pin to open the SIM slot, I wish they included that. Haven't figured out the battery health yet but the phone never had a great battery life from new anyway. When I take a selfie I get the prompt "Your front lens may need cleaning" so there may be a slight issue with that.

The phone developed the well-known problems of the dead pixel/green line on the screen & the face-unlock stopping working after less than 5 months. Backmarket are refusing to honour the warranty as they claim it's due to me damaging the screen, even though there is not a single sign of any damage. They said the dead pixel & green line are proof that I damaged the screen, despite the fact that a quick search will return numerous tech articles about this issue. I provided evidence that this is a known common problem with Pixel AMOLED screens but they're not interested.

First phone ("Good" condition) supplied with appalling battery health - 59%. Sent back and then returned to me with 81%. Ok so it's *just* above the battery guarantee but it's usable life is measured in weeks and it's already a weak point of the Pixel 4. Expected more and wouldn't recommend.

This phone is worse than my previous one. Battery literally dies every second. It's so frustrating especially when you are on the phone. Not to mention the Lens bad camera.
