bought in fair condition, what's the phone feels like I really didn't thought that refurbish phone can be really good , I really would like to buy some more items from backmarket thank you

Ordered phone in excellent condition, but the phone frame has multiple scratches compared to devices I’ve bought in the past in good and excellent condition. Can’t return it as it was a gift to someone and going on holiday

This is my first time of buying from back market. What I got exceeded my expectations. The phone Galaxy fold 5 was just like new. Amazing. This is now my "one stop shop" for buying phone. I saved a whoopping sum of 800 pounds. I couldn't believe it.

I bought an excellent condition. Arrived a day early, and was in absolutely perfect condition. Can't see a si gle scratch or blemish. just put my existing nano sim from a sim-only plan and works. Highly recommend.

extremely happy with the device, I was very skeptical at first as I came across this website a few days earlier but the price was too good to look away. so far so good, the phone came in time as ordered and also has been working perfectly ever since, very happy. will shop again.

initially I was concerned about the long delivery estimate so I started to look at the reviews on the seller. there were some real horror stories and got buyers remorse before I even received the phone. I got an update regarding delivery which was 2 days earlier than indicated and it arrived within the 1hr time slot as advised. Nervous to even open the box, the phone, a 512gb Fold 5 was inside and even though it was in "fair" condition, for me, externally it was better. a few little chips on the black frame, it wasn't a biggie as I'll add to those in a few weeks. I powered it up, 1% battery life so I put it on charge and it slowly charged. Anxiously I checked the storage capacity and it was 512gb as ordered. The inner screen is immaculate, outer screen has a few swirl marks but that's normal for a used phone. Overall I'm pleasantly surprised and happy with the service from Backmarket and 4Gadgets and would consider another purchase from them.

Bought the item and came faster than expected, in optimal conditions and it has been working tremendously well. This is the 1st time I use this website, so I was a bit mindful, but after seeing the service and quality of things, I will give this website a 5 star!

The Fold 5 is in perfect condition. My wife loves it and was speechless when I gave her the phone. Thanks to the lower price it feels even better. Phone came earlier than set date, looks brand new. Great experience.

This is my 2nd purchase with Backmarket. I'm pretty risk averse and Backmarket have proved an excellent place to purchase a used device. I'm writing on the very device I purchased. My previous device is still in use too. I'd like more options for spreading payment and a choice of carriers for delivery as Royal Mail are as slow as you like. I purchased a device described as'excellent condition' and it was. I'd like to know what fair and good actually mean in Backmarket land as it's not so easy to find. Tra la la I've got a new phone!
