It arrived looking brand new with a battery capacity of 95% according to accubattery app. It holds a charge for up to 2 days if I optimise the apps etc. It's really fast and the inner screen is a pleasure to watch videos on. The 2 speakers (top & bottom) are great quality. The phone multitasks very well on the inner screen allowing 3 apps to display at once. I really can't fault it at this moment in time. There isn't one single scratch on it and only the centre crease on the inner screen which they all have which soon becomes unnoticeable as you watch a video. it was the crease that made me worried about buying a Z Fold 5 but I needn't have worried, it really isn't an issue. When the screen is on you really have to look for it to see it. Happy purchase.

purchased the z fold 5 in fair condition to replace a well used j4. Superb quality and no visible scratches on the phone and it works like a treat! I've since purchased another device and I'll recommend BackMarket to anyone, Quality!

I was monitoring the price and spec of the phones over a couple of weeks just to see weather the price would go down or offer for the higher memory phone would be better, and after the launch of the new Z fold 6, I saw the price was better for the Z5 and finally bought it. So far, the phone is great, it arrived quickly and in good condition too but it didn't come with a stylus pen that I thought was included.

Ordered phone in excellent condition, but the phone frame has multiple scratches compared to devices I’ve bought in the past in good and excellent condition. Can’t return it as it was a gift to someone and going on holiday

I bought an excellent condition. Arrived a day early, and was in absolutely perfect condition. Can't see a si gle scratch or blemish. just put my existing nano sim from a sim-only plan and works. Highly recommend.
