Arrived & works fine. Only one minor issue, I'm English & the phone arrived set in an Oriental language that I had to scan using my wife's phone with Google translate to work out that it was Japanese & how to set it to English. Thus 4 out of 5 stars. You really should set it to the language of the user or by default to English, which is probably more widely spoken.

It arrived promptly, in excellent condition and well wrapped. That was all fine. The issue was that I received a Japanese phone. When I first switched it on, I got a Japanese welcome. Thankfully, having been studying Japanese this year, I was able to read it as 'Hello'. I didn't twig at first, assuming the previous owner was Japanese living in the UK. It was during the set up that, an option of which country and only Japan came up! As I had bought the phone for my elderly father, who lives in a different area to me and was visiting for just 2 days, and I needed him to take a working phone, I did not have time to return it and buy another one. I had to go along with it, but it was not mentioned / clear that the phone was Japanese. I would not have bought it had I known it was a Japanese phone.

It's in good condition, battery seems to have plenty of life, quick responses, so nearly all good, there's just one thing that's annoying - it's not possible to turn off the shutter sound in Photos, the option is greyed out and says "cannot be turned off for your SIM or region". Tried a different SIM but same thing, maybe phone came from Japan where it's apparently compulsory to have camera sounds on? I've always turned off camera shutter sounds on previous phones so this is irritating.
