the phone arrived very neat but with little scratch on the screen. it worked perfectly well. however, the screen size was not exactly what I want. I laid my complains and returned the phone back. Back market customer service is excellent. I got refunded after they concluded investigations about the phone. I am happy to order another phone with back market because I am impressed with their services

Loving my new Google pixel 8a. It came very fast next day delivery. Was in prefect packing. The boxing the phone came in was great. It works really well. I think it's the best phone I've ever had. Very pleased indeed with this phone. It arrived very well packaged and in its original factory sealed box with all accessories. To all intents and purposes it looked like a brand new phone. Why spend hundreds of pounds more for new? One very satisfied customer.

Very good conditions..like new. Only the battery could be better as it drains up quite quickly.. but other than that I have been using the phone for a month now and not had problems.
