Phone for my boyfriend after his Pixel 5’s charging port decided it didn’t like him (cleaned it out, was a no bueno). So far he’s loving his new phone! Runs smooth, came very quickly once despatched. Minimal visible defects, it looks like some minor scratches along where an old screen protector used to be but it doesn’t bother him at all. Battery is great. Came with a basic USB-A to USBC wire (no plug). He’s loving it!

A Refurbished , Google Pixel 7a phone was delivered a couple of days from ordering with BackMarket . I needed a replacement phone because my old one had almost ground to halt , but I didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a new one as I wanted to pay for the total cost upfront and avoid paying back on a 24 or 36Month contract. This is where Refurbished phones became a consideration. Read some of the reviews of the Google Pixel 7a on BackMarket and decided to make a purchase. Very pleased with the phone that was delivered - a very good price for a phone that was originally released May 2023 and I've actually got sufficient working memory now , so everything is far more responsive .

Honestly this is a 5 star service no doubt, through and through. The only little thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that my excellent condition, pretty looking new (old) phone had this barcode sticker on the back, which was very annoying to remove, and required diligent rubbing and scratching to take off, taking a bit away from that "I have a new phone!" feeling. I can imagine this is necessary to be on the phone for handling purposes, I'm not sure what better solution there would be or if any less sticky glue would be available to use. But that's it, after a healthy amount of rubbing, swearing and eye rolling, I was ready to get my new (old) phone set up. Thank you!
