Having never bought a refurbished phone I was somewhat nervous about how it would turn out. In the end, I needn't have worried, the transaction and delivery went smoothly; the phone is in pristine condition with a battery that seems new too. Couldn't ask for more!

It's great to have the option to buy verified refurbished instead of new. The ordering experience was smooth. The new phone is already in use, and we there 5 more years of support for the 7a, which is longer than many new phones.

Having just taken delivery -1 week ago I cannot find any issues with the 7a. I wanted to upgrade to a later model than my old phone and with the recommendation from friends I was convinced the Google brand was the one to go for and a 7a suited ideal as it offered all I required. I was then persuaded to look at the Back Market / refurbished units site and was convinced that that was the way to go. The 7a suited ideal so here we are- all good. It represented a good price for what I wanted and without the outlay for a new unit. I am very happy indeed with the price and the unit looks to be in very good condition, all works well and to date I am very satisfied with my purchase, and have no problem recommending Back Market as the place to find your next phone or ?

Was a bit hesitant buying a refurbished phone for the first time, but I cannot see any faults and it feels like having a brand new phone. The service was great as well as the phone was shipped and delivered very fast. Very happy with my purchase :)

My second purchase from Back Market & I'm really pleased with this latest Smart phone, Google Pixel 7A. It certainly looks like new. I Have had a screen protector put on & he did say it had a couple of scratches. I couldn't see any! I haven't long started to use it so getting used to navigating it's function, my previous phone being a Samsung. I'm sure I'll be fine!

the purchase of my Google Pixel 7a was easy enough and fair price. the communication and ongoing service from back market has been great. would definitely consider buying again. the phone itself is pretty good, some excellent elements and some frustrating bits but getting the hang of some of Google querks not used to on a phone. all in all very happy.
