Refurbished MacBooks with QWERTY English Keyboards

This MacBook Pro was purchased by my oldest daughter who just loves it , it’s fast and looks cool . What more can I say your Backmarket stuff has helped my family out a lot with great first class refurbished technology.

Buying refurbished sometimes feels like a bit of a gamble, but I'm pleased with my order! Got a 2020 MacBook Pro in "good" condition and it's just as advertised - a tiny amount of wear and tear to the exterior but so far it seems to be in perfect working order with 88% battery health, all for a fraction of what it'd cost new. Only marking down by one point due to the box - while the laptop came securely packaged, it was all in cardboard with no bubblewrap or anything to protect it from water damage during transit. I admire the commitment to recyclable packaging but I feel lucky the parcel wasn't left out in the rain at any point!

I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

I bought a MacBook Pro M1 16gb RAM. I was initially looking for a MacBook Air but after seeing the deals that BackMarket offered, I was pleased to find I could afford a Pro model. I found that the price was extremely good value for money. I’m not sure why, but at the time of making my order, the Excellect condition model at 512GB was cheaper than the Fair condition model at 256GB. I thought “RESULT”. I purchased the excellent condition model at 512GB storage, and was already pleased by the price and the promise of the condition. The delivery was speedy and on par with the timeframe they provided. Upon receiving the model, I was thrilled to see the condition. There are extremely minor signs of usage, but they are absolutely minute and to be expected with any refurbished item. In the package, there was a handwritten note from the MacBook company that had sent my laptop. It provided details of the product etc, and upon flipping the note over, it read “We’ve given you a 1TB model, enjoy!!”. I am delighted with my purchase. The MacBook came in excellent condition, just as described. Well packed with accompanying accessories (Charger). I had to wait a month to rate this order and it’s been sunshine so far. However the cable that came with the MacBook was not compatible, and it wasn’t charging when it arrived. £20 investment on a new cable and it’s been happy ever after. I bought a similar MacBook from another refurbisher on BackMarket and I had to return it, however this refurbisher renewed my faith in Back Market, Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent service. I’ll never buy a new Macbook again after receiving my refurbished one from Back Market. It’s in excellent condition as described. Only just got it but so far, Back Market get 10/10 from me.

i got this macbook in “good” condition and this is beyond good that is amazing God will continue to bless you with these refurbished products as i’ve always wanted this laptop but just never had enough to get it so when i finally did i bought it from you guys. the battery is amazing there is little to no scratches infact nothing on the macbook its so good and i pray it continues to work as well as it does now!

Overall happy with the MacBook, my only issue is that once I had set it up I was already told the battery needed servicing. Even for just a fair quality product, I’d expect the battery to be tested and replaced when refurbishing?

My macbook 2020 13.3 - inch 16GB SSD 512 QWERTY arrived today and it was in good condition. Looked brand new with barely any scratches. Hard to tell it has been refurbished (I ordered good). Initially had challenges with mac not coming on but was able to fix that quickly following the online support instructions. Super pleased with the excellent service and smooth process. Highly recommend
