I chose the "Excellent" condition option, and the product arrived in flawless condition with only two charge cycles—essentially brand new. I did not know what to expect tbh. I did not need the M3 chip on the new Macs to run logic so opted for a reconditioned M1 saving myself 2k. When it arrived I was over the moon as it seemed almost brand new with only 32 battery cycles to its name. Very Happy.

I ordered a Late 2021 MacBook Pro 16" M1 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD in Excellent Condition. The process was quick and easy, very smooth with quick and friendly communications with BackMarket, as I wanted to delay delivery by a few days to ensure I was home. The package arrived on the arranged date at the agreed time, with the laptop securely triple boxed with tons of padding, so in great shape. After opening the Russian Doll of two outer strong cardboard boxes, I found the original Retail Apple Box for the MacBook (with Matching Serial Numbers) and all contents present and still shrink wrapped except for the MacBook itself. Even that still had all the original Apple protectives on, and as far as I can see it was brand new and completely unmarked. A check of the MacOS battery data later showed just one (1) battery charge cycle and 100% capacity. I can't rate Back Market highly enough if you are looking for a MacBook Pro at less than half the price of current retail. Completely satisfied with the purchase and have been highly recommending Back Market to friends and colleagues. After returning a poor ‘good’ condition MacBook Pro, I purchased with this seller and my god it’s basically a brand new Mac. 100% battery health on 2 cycles! Body and screen looks factory new. Couldn’t be happier!

Order received on the 16th of September 2024 as stated in delivery date. I ordered a M1 MacBook pro 16 inch with 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage in Excellent condition from Seller Express Gadgets Limited. I was expecting the worse due to all the bad ratings the Express Gadgets Limited has but the laptop came with no scratches or body damage, basically in Excellent condition with a 303-charge cycle count (for a used laptop made in 2021 that's not bad), a battery life of 86% and everything else was as expected. The laptop packaging came with a carboard box with "Fragile" tape wrapped around it, with the laptop properly padded with thick polyethylene-like foam, it came with a 140W USB-C power adapter (not the original charger) and a 2m Mag-safe cable and most importantly a laptop in excellent condition. I took the risk with Express Gadgets, though by mistake...It paid off. I'm satisfied with my order, at least for now :)

The laptop came in 2 days and I've been using it for a few moths now. There are very light scratches on the body, but the screen was absolutely perfect! Came with the original charging brick and cable. The only issue is the magsafe charging cable failed after a few weeks. Overall very happy with this purchase!
