The condition was exactly as described no dodgy surprises. Battery health is solid 100% and it runs nice and smooth no lag or weird glitches also it turned up well packaged and quicker than I thought. For a refurbished phone it still feels proper premium and I saved myself a fair bit of cash as well. I’d definitely use BackMarket again

I ordered the excellent condition iPhone 13 Pro and I would describe it as “Excellent”.The screen and back are flawless. The sides have a few tiny surface marks that can only be seen when I hold it to the light. Also it came with a brand new battery in the standard price and delivery was super quick. I bought this iPhone 13 Pro in “Good” condition, but it actually turned up looking pretty much perfect. The screen’s spotless, no issues with the camera, and the only flaw is this tiny mark on the corner which you don’t even notice once there’s a case on it. The only downside is the Face ID, which doesn’t really work properly. Most of the time it just won’t recognise me, so it’s best to switch off “Find My iPhone”, otherwise you might end up having to reset the whole thing like I did. I chose the “new battery” option, and as they warned, it does show that message (see photo). Overall, for £370 it’s a solid phone honestly described and I’m genuinely happy with it.

I ordered an IPhone 13 on 5/08/25 and it arrived the following day. I was debating whether I should order “Good Condition with average battery” or “Fair Condition and New Battery” I had a budget and decided to go for Fair and New, as battery life was a higher priority. I am very impressed on how quick it arrived and also the condition of it. I expected it to have scratches and thought it’s going to have a cover on it anyway, so it doesn’t matter too much. My partner has used Back Market before and recommended it to me, I will definitely use them again.

After having to return an iPhone 11 Pro to another well-known "used tech" store, because they clearly don't "refurbish" phones and sold me a "B" grade item with only 77% battery health, I decided to check reviews of companies that sell properly refurbished phones. This led me to Back Market as they seem to be very responsive to customer queries, clearly are proud of their reputation and aim to help customers with any problems. Although the warranty on my iPhone 12 Pro is only for one year (as opposed to 5 years offered by the other store) I felt more confident that this phone would last me a good while. It arrived, with FREE delivery, very quickly, well-packaged and the phone was without any obvious signs of use, despite not being the top grade, and with a battery health of 86% (which keeps its charge for a good while). This phone is a better model than the one I returned, but cost the same price. It works very well and I'm very pleased with the service I have received (so far) from Back Market.

I ordered the iPhone 13 mini as I wanted something similar to my old SE 2020 to tide me over. There were a few very minor marks around the edge but barely noticeable, and obviously invisible by the time you pop on a case. It arrived with an unused charging cable. Took me a few days for my new and old phones to decide that they were prepared to talk to one another, but that’s all sorted now and I’m completely happy with my purchase. Well worth the money, very quick delivery, eco packaging and I would definitely use Back Market again.

Thank God, it is what I expected. The condition is good. I don’t mind the collection of tiny blemishes on the screen. It doesn’t affect my usage of the device. As far as I can tell at this early stage of ownership, everything works well. I was an android user for many years prior to this so I’m happy with the switch over to iPhone.
