I’ve never bought a refurbished phone and have always been skeptical about it but this purchase changed my mind. The phone came in excellent condition with 100% battery capacity which was something I was scared about initially. It did not come in the authentic box or with an authentic charger but I have no complaints as the phone arrived as described with not a single fault or scratch to be identified. I am very happy with my purchase!

Extremely happy with this, feels completely brand new and I only got the ‘good’ version as well. Battery health at 99% and 300 quid cheaper compared to getting it direct from apple + you know you’re helping the environment. Wins all round. Will definitely be using again for all of my tech purchases.

I love my new phone everything is great about it, I haven’t seen faults in it. Only one thing I’d like to mention is that my battery capacity is going down quite quickly, I got it with 95% so that’s good but it is just decreasing a little quicker than normal i’d say. It’s not a very big deal right now though, overall great phone!

pretty much perfect except i had a teeny little scratch on the screen despite it being in excellent condition but i dont mind too much. also i had an issue a couple days in where my keyboard went bizzare and wouldn’t type anything and was bugging like mad. but i restarted the phone and nothing has happened since. however i dont like what that may mean for the phone

Wow I wasn’t expecting that I bought a I phone 15 plus in good condition and to be honest it might as well have been pristine condition it came with 93% batter health and yes I was sceptical at first but I’m pleased to sa the least

Absolutely delighted with my phone purchase once again from backmarket. Once again the service the quality and the item were excellent. Don’t bother buying new, get to backmarket for that purchase you want at a price that is affordable and from a seller you can trust. I will never buy my phones from anywhere else!
