I’ve never bought a refurbished phone and have always been skeptical about it but this purchase changed my mind. The phone came in excellent condition with 100% battery capacity which was something I was scared about initially. It did not come in the authentic box or with an authentic charger but I have no complaints as the phone arrived as described with not a single fault or scratch to be identified. The phone was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition as if I had brought it brand new. I love the phone and saved around £130 off the brand new price, and a further £226 with my trade in so will have paid around £550 for what is a £900 phone. I have been very sceptical about ‘trade in schemes’ having had a less than pleasant experience with EE, however BackMarket was very easy and paid reasonable value and I have now sold / traded in multiple items and got a good price in return for the respective items.
