Phone in excellent working order, better exterior condition than I expected and very fast delivery. Not the colour that I ordered (got a grey phone instead of black) and came with the wrong charging cable, but I guess when you need a phone quick those are minor issues.

Wrong tracking information was sent leading to uncertainty and stress when I saw it was delivered somewhere else. Right tracking sent and it arrived the next day. Wrong item was send (A6 not J6) which I will keep as I want to give it to my daughter tomorrow but it isn't what I expected or paid for. Disappointed with this experience of back market as have only had good experiences before.

Phone has all marks on back and didn't allow me to set up Gmail. Touch sceen won't let me select next button. Want to send back but I'm disabled and have noone to take it post office. Asked back market if can arrange collection from address. They should do this as I've been sent a phone that doesn't work as promised but we shall see what they say No reply yet.
