I wouldn't recommend Backmarket to anyone wishing to purchase a refurbished phone. My phone arrived, worked for 2 dayS, the screen became unreadable after day 3, I sent it back, and Smart Fleet Ltd deemed it to now be out of warrantee and my fault - although no damage or harm came to the phone while it was briefly in my care. Now I can't get a reply from them (on day 3 without a reply) as to what fix (which they want to CHARGE me for) may be necessary. I am SO UNIMPRESSED with the service - DON'T BUY FROM BACKMARKET!!

Dear Greg, I am fully satisfied with my Galaxy J7 . Excellent condition . Perfect management of the 2 sims. The only problem (but it doesn't depend on the phone) is that after just two months the internal memory has filled up with files that I can't delete, compromising the proper functioning of the phone and in particular the Gallery.
