at first of course I was skeptical, as anyone would be buying refurbished, whilst it didn't come in an official box it is in immaculate condition, I couldn't believe how amazing it looked. after powering on as well it has only had 5 charge cycles!!! i couldn't recommend this amazing service enough! very happy consumer

I have used Back Market several times before so was expecting a good experience but this time they have excelled. This is a great laptop. Back Market listed the condition as 'good' but it seems to have no marks anywhere, it looks and performs like new! It was delivered within 48 hours, exactly as described in the listing and I could not be happier with it. It arrived in some innovative cardboard packaging which protected it very well and is completely recyclable. We bought it to replace an old MacBook Air and using Apple's transfer tech, we had this one up and running exactly as we wanted within a couple of hours. its hard to imagine how the whole experience could have been better!

It was really easy to do a search on the website, locate what I wanted and purchase it. I did have issues seeing my 'shopping cart' but a quick response from the Team helped me solve that issue. The delivery was very quick, the laptop was incredibly well packaged, and I am loving the fact I now have my very first MacBook Air! The quality of the laptop is what I expected - it looks brand new and so far I have had no issues with it whatsoever. Highly recommend BackMarket and glad it was recommended to my (by my daughter).

The MacBook Air works fine and has good battery. Delivery was fast. Only problem is that it was advertised as English and its American - so came with an adapter plug and no £ symbol on the keyboard! I have found out how to do a £ sign now and Im not that bothered about the plug - but if you are then maybe check before you buy.
