    I'm not one for writing reviews normally but I felt I needed to for my MacBook Pro. Condition was listed as 'fair' but I am yet to find any marks on it. It's fully functioning, works perfectly and I am extremely happy with it. I hadn't purchased from Back Market before but based on this experience I certainly will be again in the future.

    With BackMarket, this process is genuinely the best possible outcome. I initially ordered the iPad and I received one that had the previous owner’s name customised on it. I raised the issue with back market and they immediately offered a refund or replacement. I requested a refund and immediately ordered another one. With the new one I received, it’s literally perfect. It came very very clean, well packaged and with a free full charger, not just a cord. I’m very pleased with it and would 100% recommend and they have the interest of the customers as a priority.

    I bought a MacBook Pro from Back Market and saved over £1000. I purchased it as ‘good’ condition and it arrived in what I would describe as excellent condition and practically new, working perfectly.     Fab condition. Couple of marks on it but as described and expected. Very fast machine. Got it to help me build a website for my small business and it works exactly as I needed!     I purchased a MacBook Air M1 (16GB RAM) from Back Market for £499, and overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The delivery was quick and the laptop performs excellently, fast, smooth, and perfect for everyday use and multitasking. There are a few minor scratches on the exterior, but this was expected with a refurbished device and does not affect performance at all.
