I bought a MacBook Pro M1 16gb RAM. I was initially looking for a MacBook Air but after seeing the deals that BackMarket offered, I was pleased to find I could afford a Pro model. I found that the price was extremely good value for money. I’m not sure why, but at the time of making my order, the Excellect condition model at 512GB was cheaper than the Fair condition model at 256GB. I thought “RESULT”. I purchased the excellent condition model at 512GB storage, and was already pleased by the price and the promise of the condition. The delivery was speedy and on par with the timeframe they provided. Upon receiving the model, I was thrilled to see the condition. There are extremely minor signs of usage, but they are absolutely minute and to be expected with any refurbished item. In the package, there was a handwritten note from the MacBook company that had sent my laptop. It provided details of the product etc, and upon flipping the note over, it read “We’ve given you a 1TB model, enjoy!!”. I ordered the excellent quality and it came with 90% of battery life which is great for me. Device just have some damages from the corners but it doesn't affect anything, all buttons and touch pad works great. Overall i'm very happy with it because i was using the same laptop almost for a year but i got robbed and i needed to buy it again. So when i compare with my old one -and i'm super tidy with my devices, i didn't have even a micro scratch :(- this macbook's condition is still very satisfying! and it's my first refurbished buying experience and i sure will buy again! thank you :)

Great Service from Backmarket was up late online watching reviews on macbooks and comparing specs on apple website then thought let me check out Backmarket. Ordered at midnight my macbook pro arrived less then 48 hours later on a free delivery service👌🏾. Picked up Good condition model which cost less then the fair model but really should be in the Excellent category. Came with original packaging and original Apple charger and cable. Will defineltly be ordering my future tech from Backmarket excellent service 🙏🏾

Really satisfied and would recommend this seller I ordered a MacBook Pro in good condition and it came looking clean (almost new) no scratches, keyboard was clean and speakers were all clear.
