Refurbished iPhone 15 series

New 'refurbished' phones was delivered quickly (1 day ahead of expectation) and is exactly as described. Delighted! Traded in an item, once delivery was acknowledged I had confirmation of the original offer and have been promised delivery in 7 business days.

Like a few people I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone, but I'm so impressed. Went for the 'Good' condition and couldn't find a mark on the phone and still had 95% battery life. Really rapid and smooth service. Will definitely be using again.

It did not come in the authentic box or with an authentic charger but I have no complaints as the phone arrived as described with not a single fault or scratch to be identified. Absolutely perfect the only difference from this and a new phone is not being able to peel the plastic off the screen and open the apple box. I got excellent and it’s more than excellent nothing wrong fresh battery. Considering the iPhone 15 goes for £799 on the Apple Store and I got mine basically brand new for £650 perfection is not an exaggeration. Ordered it on a Friday said it will come on Tuesday and it came on Saturday.

I bought an iPhone 15 expecting it to be used stock. The phone arrived in pristine condition with 100% battery life and zero charge cycles. Although it didn’t come in Apple packaging it arrived quickly and safe. I would never buy a new phone again based on this experience. Thank you.

iPhone 15 came in pristine condition. Not a scratch, dent or fingerprint to be seen. Everything was in working order, super fast and a great camera. It arrived with the phone and USB Type C charging cable in a plain white box, so unfortunately not with official Apple packaging. Apple also doesn’t provide an adapter plug anyway, so that isn’t Back Market’s fault. Though they’re no more than £5 or so on Amazon. Overall, impressed as usual with the service. Quick and reliable. Will buy again soon.

Great service in all aspects, price,advice, communication and delivery. As for the phone it is in first class condition (it might as well be new). This is a culture shock as I’ve upgraded from a Nokia to a IPhone 15 pro.
