I received my iPhone 15 in very good time. The condition was excellent. I ordered it along with a case and 2 protective screens. It arrived on 2nd May and from 26th May I noticed the phone loses sound. When I'm on Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube there's no sound so I have to restart the phone and then the sound returns. Yesterday it happened while I was using Duolingo so the problem seems to be getting worse. I can't see how to return the phone on the back market app but I'm hoping I can get a replacement.
