2.9/5I bought the Galazy A10 which was in decent condition, however I used the pin they provided to open the tray to insert my sim and the pin broke in half and has been permenantly logged inside it. So I'm not entirely happy that their pin has damaged the dray. I would usually get a refund for this, but I doubt I can.
