HP EliteDesk 800 G2

It does everything I want it to, and is small enough to lose on my desk. I'm very pleased.

I've given the review 3 stars because the product arrived damaged and didn't have Bluetooth capability stated on the specification. However, the customer service rates 5 stars for the speed that the problem was resolved.

Not Satisfied. Disappointed. The item is defective! I chose excellent just to be sure that the item will work as intended, but apparently the Bluetooth is not working, and there is also an error upon booting the CPU (a clock error or something like that). I need to return this to the seller.

I am trying to return this item and buy a different spec, but the upload photo page has a faulty button. I cannot upload the photos at all. You also have no way of actually contacting your company to share issues such as this. It is extremely frustrating as your website seems to actively funnel you into FAQ channels that are really not helping. I had planned to spend a lot more money with you but this experience is really really annoying.

Produit fonctionnant très bien, le seule soucis c'est lors de l'achat il n'est pas indiqué si la ram est en 1 emplacement de 8go pris ou de 2x4go, dans mon cas la ram est de 2x4go, j'aurais préféré avoir une barrette de ram de 8go comme cela j'aurais eu qu'a acheter 1 autre barrette de 8go afin d'avoir 16go pour le pc. Veuillez prendre note d'indiquer au futur acheteur si c'est en 1 barrette ou 2 ou plus pour la ram car cela est assez important. Bonne Journée,

UC reçu parfaitement emballée et dans un état impeccable. Mise en route sans aucun problème et répond parfaitement à mes besoins. Parfait !

RAS sauf le retrait a été dirigé vers un autre car celui d'origine ne le fait plus .

Très satisfait pour l'instant, le pc fonctionne très bien, la livraison a été très rapide.
