Well I had never heard of the ReadMi 11 pro however checked the specs primaryly to use as a screen for my DJI neo drone which it supports good news. The phone is so well spec'd you could easily use as a daily easily. The phone I received is immaculate no scratches marks anywhere and only £120 for the 128GB version. This is my 2nd purchase from back market and have been very happy with both, my 1st S22 ultra.

Condition (Good) is exactly as described, few very minor scratches on the screen but no serious damage and nothing distracting. The phone works very well, system is fast and was reset correctly. I haven't noticed anything about how it runs that would make me think it was used if I didn't know I bought it that way.

I know it's not the most popular brand, but I heard it was a good one. I've been using iPhone for "few" years, so getting used to Android takes some time. Over all, I'm happy with your service and will use you again

When I first charged my new refurbished phone it was charging very slowly maybe because it was freezing cold on arrival. After the first time! Here were no problems at all. Phone looks like new and works perfectly just like a new one. From now on I think I'll only by refurbished.

Phone was delivered in a timely fashion. Despite only ordering it in "good" condition, both the screen and casing are completely scratch-free! Was initially concerned about the battery life of a refurbished phone, but the battery lasts about the same amount of time that you'd expect from a brand-new device. OS runs speedily, camera is great, user-friendly features are plentiful. Excellent product for the price, would highly recommend!

Got a call to inform me that the colour I had chosen, was not working properly. They offered a full refund or black one instead. It came the next day, in excellent condition, safely packaged. I would highly recommend back market as a great way to get top notch tech at super cheap pricing.

Good Phone. Using it from day one. All works perfectly fine. Sometimes the speaker's not so clear. Don't know if it's something on my side or the phone. But bought 2nd time from backmarket. Don't regret. Would return next time as well. Thank you
