Item arrived within 2 days, purchasing from Back Market has always been a pleasure of mine so I would highly recommend purchasing from here. not a single scratch was seen on it and works exactly as a brand new device. The only trouble I have is the courier they use to deliver the item with them constantly saying they cannot find my address when it's on a main road... Other than that, the item was flawless and I'm loving it at the moment. it uses 5G too which is a bonus. The UI can be a little confusing if you're not used to Chinese OS, but the language is in English and the UI can be changed to basic android so its a win.

The phone worked for 2-3 months, did not fall, did not beat, did not get wet, then the flickering of the screen appeared at the moment, they sent the type to be repaired, It worked for 1.5 months, lying almost all the time in one place, and again the same problem, it also gets too hot, I am very dissatisfied with this product and do not recommend it

Livraison pas ouf, le livreur voulait absolument m'appeler et n'a jamais sonné alors que mon portable ne fonctionnait plus d'où mon achat... Et la batterie de ce nouveau téléphone reconditionné est clairement moins bonne que sur les précédents. Donc déçue.

Die Qualität des Xiaomis ist super, der Versand war auch sehr schnell. Mit Backmarket bin ich zufrieden. Das Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 pro 5g hat allerdings ein paar nervige Eigenschaften. Die Wisch-Funktion auf dem Display ist verzögert. Das Modell ist ein Fussel-Magnet. Und die Hauptkamera hat keinen Bildstabilisator. Trotzdem ein gutes Smartphone zu einem günstigen Preis.

Comme neuf mais pensé a prendre une coque avec. Deux semaines avant j'ai acheter un téléphone sur le même site et il était fourni avec la boite du téléphone plus la coque d'origine. Mais là, rien du tout, juste un morceau de carton.

Telefono funzionante, peccato l’imballaggio. Mi aspettavo quantomeno una scatola rovinata… almeno quella. Invece me lo ritrovo imballato con una busta di cartoncino dentro a una scatoletta anonima insieme a cavo usb e spillo per lo slot sim che giravano per la scatola. Peccato veramente, però perlomeno il telefono funziona correttamente
