Inside it was missing that sort of key to take out the flap where the SIM card is housed. I solved it by using the old one I had. Then the charger cable unfortunately I don't need it because it's a cable with both sides type-C; whereas my power supply is usb-type C. I understand saving money but things are not eternal.
