All good as I use it for my music and cabaret shows but when it's plugged in the mains I get a slight interference over my PA system. I may have to get another mains unit as this one may be faulty. But overall I am very pleased

I was glad to have the opportunity to buy a refurbished unit, and after 2 weeks, everything is going very well. I can’t tell the diffeeence between opening up and using this laptop, to taking on the many brand new units I’ve owned over the years.

the unit Hp Elitebook is Good as new I loved it planning to buy another unit for my kids thank you seller.

It works extremely well. So far, I have downloaded quite intensive software (100gb worth) and the Laptop has not slowed down or faltered at all. Screen looks good and the Laptop looks as if brand new. Only down side is that battery drains quite quickly but not anymore than I have experienced with other HP laptops. Really Happy with the purchase!

Fantastic laptop, arrived like new and already set up, ready to go. I had already bought a mac laptop a decade ago via Black Market and I am glad to see the service is still strong! My daughter is over the moon and now I am jealous of her laptop. :-)

Was my first try at refurb tech and I don't think I'll ever buy brand new again. I was a little hesitant so didn't buy anything too expensive but its been such a good experience I'll check here first anytime I need anything in future.

It arrived a lot sooner than I thought it would which was fantastic. With only a couple scratches on one of the corners I would say this was well worth the money, especially as the laptop itself works as if it were brand new.

I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Back Market. The product was marketed as being in good condition. The laptop arrived in a couple of days and on time. Upon opening the condition was definitely at the top end of being good. The laptop was very easy to set up, helpful step by step instructions were available as soon as I logged on. I have now been using the product for a couple of weeks and am really happy with the purchase.
