    Condition good - it was better than good it was like new with no marks at all :) :) The set up from the old phone to the new phone was so easy - it did it all for me which is just as well as I am not techy!! *****

    My Google Pixel 5a broke today without any warning (only a few months after purchase). The screen started flashing and now the phone is completely unresponsive (there is no damage to the phone, it just stopped working). I feel like I've been scammed - there is no way that this phone was in a 'good' condition when it was dispatched if it breaks completely after 3 months.

    Really unhappy, phone has totally died on me and the website says I cannot return it to get it fixed without wiping my phone but the phone wont turn on at all so now what do I do? I can't get through to anyone from Backmarket because I just get sent through all the various articles online. SO I have a dud phone, 7 months after buying it and can't turn it on to wipe it and can't get through to anyone to figure out what to do. Bad customer serivce!!!

    Es hieß Zustand "hervorragend". Jetzt nur noch "sehr gut". Das Kameraglas hatte leichte Gebrauchsspuren. Sonst Tip top, würde es weiterempfehlen.
