Delivery was quick and very well packaged. The phone was in very good condition and my daughter was happy with it until we realised I had ordered the wrong phone, the return was very straight forward and I expect the refund to be swift.

The refurbished phone works perfectly. The whole process of swapping phones was seamless. And I got the trade in price I expected. An excellent service and a brilliantly effective and good value way of replacing a phone while supporting recycling.

My device arrived really quickly and by a courier that made sure it was delivered in person. I did think I was going to return it (my bad, I used an old charging cable that didn't charge it!) so I looked at the returns policy and it seemed very straightforward. Happily I realised what the real problem was and I am so happy with this phone, excellent battery life and like new. Many thanks, will definitely use Back Market again!

No real problems - only mark on this was mid screen but that nearly disappeared with a screen protector. Typical Google you do get a flood of Google must have's that spring up when your trying to do bits quickly. Slowly killing them off. Phone is fast and fun.

The device was in pristine condition and works well even after all these years. Feels just like a brand new phone.

I was delivered a new refurbished phone but the battery drains extremely quickly within 6hrs after being fully charged to 100% it is at critical level. I have had the phone 2 days! it has been the same both days, and the phone has barely been used only on standby and myself adding some apps and odd checking of mails and odd 5-10 min call etc.
