Really Happy with my first Back Market Order. My expectations were very low, but I was surprised to get a mobile with very minimal wear and scratches. I previously had a Google Pixel 5 and loved it. 'Upgraded' to a different brand (a lot more expensive) and hated it. so wanted another Pixel. Ordered from Backmarket. Bought as a xmas present and was really pleased with the condition of the phone given it was fair. Needed some cleaning up around the camera but the screen looked perfectly fine to me. As its for a teenager it's pointless on spending any more on a phone and the cameras on them are better than new budget phones we've had in the past. I know someone has to buy new in order for us to buy "restored" but I really can't see the point when what we have is perfectly functional with no issues so far. Delivery was quick - phone got dispatched fast and Royal Mail did a decent job which was a relief. The phone is fine. Screen was perfect. Back cover was a bit worn looking but fine as it is in a case now. Buttons all good and holds a decent amount of charge.
