Phone arrived dead. once charged it died within a few hours,laggy and full of error messages. was meant for a mother's day present but all I received was a brick. waiting over 24 hours now for a response. Very poor

I am 87 and still finding my way around my new phone. I will get there eventually. My main worry is that I have tried numerous times to register my insurance but all the 'new' pass words are rejected so I cannot get any further. Sylvia Sivil

The charging slot seems to be broken on arrival - we can't seem to charge it and therefore need to return it - we have only just purchased a sim card and discovered that it will not takde a charge.
