Phone arrived dead. once charged it died within a few hours,laggy and full of error messages. was meant for a mother's day present but all I received was a brick. waiting over 24 hours now for a response. Very poor

Brilliant service....it arrived next day.Bought for my brother, a self confessed technophobe! He is getting used to it though we are all getting a few odd texts! Very happy.

Good thanks except for having to retrieve the parcel from a premises in the middle of a housing estate with no vehicular access which is hard to find

I am 87 and still finding my way around my new phone. I will get there eventually. My main worry is that I have tried numerous times to register my insurance but all the 'new' pass words are rejected so I cannot get any further. Sylvia Sivil

I bought this Doro phone for my mother. She is delighted. I had it delivered direct to her home. Everything went smoothly!
