Woooo - I LOVE Backmarket! New Dell Inspiron worked out of the box - loaded with Windows 11 - seamless - the order arrived almost immediately - and for £250 it’s a great laptop for personal use - emails, net surfing and streaming videos😹😹👍🎉🎉 And for a device in fair condition it looks great / screen and keyboard are mint - one tiny flaw on outer case but for the price it’s what’s inside that counts and that’s guaranteed refurbished and that’s working just fine😹

Considered a refurbished laptop with reservations, but decided to go for it and bought a three year old Dell Latitude 7420, and Back Market excelled in their service, delivered in three days as they promised it would. Thumbs up great service

Arrived in great condition. I was expecting it to be battered a little but barely a scratch on it. Packaged well and sent almost instantly on payment. It was meant to be up to 3 day delivery but I received it in less than 24 hours from my order. Excellent service. And the PC works great! Really fast, just what I needed. The Dell arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I was able to get up and going very quickly. I sent my old Mac Air back for reconditioning and got £48 off of the already good price. It came with Windows 10 installed and though I mostly use Macs, it wasn’t long before I was able to get things set up. This is my fifth item purchased from Back Market and have been happy each time.

Everything about this purchase was great, from the price to the packaging to the delivery, and the kit has been refurbished to such a high standard that it looks and feels new. Great company who obviously prioritise quality. I've used you before and I'll use you again.

I couldn't figure out if I ordered a New laptop by error or not...the packaging was superb. I strongly recommend this refurbished lappy to anyone who wants to spend less but needs a very good quality lappy.

Dell Latitude 5400 14-inch (2019) - Core i5-8265U - 16GB - SSD 256 GB. This arrived in good time and in perfect condition, I honestly can't find a mark on it. There was only about £40 difference between 'fair' and 'excellent' condition, which now seems well worth the extra. Quick to set up and lightning-fast in operation, this laptop has a great 'feel' to it - satisfying keys and functions with just the right amount of 'click' and resistance. I'm well pleased with this, my second purchase from Back Market , and would recommend them and the product to anyone. Only one small point, the laptop was packaged in a plain brown box, which is ideal, but it didn't have a 'fragile' label on it. As I said it was in perfect condition, but a label might encourage a more gentle approach from a courier, avoiding potential rough treatment of the package.
