I bought a Dell laptop from back market it working perfect the only small problem is that the battery is not lasting for long but anything else is good. I will recommend back market products they don’t disappoint at all ,this is my second time to buy products from them first was iPhone 11 and still working great till now. Back market products are cheap and working well and looks new too.

I bought this laptop in fair condition but when it arrived I could not see a single scratch or scuff mark on it! Very impressed and relieved as I was nervous about the level of condition it might be in. It works well, very smooth running,like brand new.

Great price. Excellent condition. Wanted a little Chromebook to take on holiday and use on the plane to watch movies. The kids are also having fun using it instead of their computer. Really good size screen. Came with the charger and well packaged.

Deliver on the laptop was really quick, and I was informed of every stage and had good tracking info. Came sooner than expected, which is always nice. The condition of the item is great, you can tell it's not brand new but other than that it's fine. the Batery is not amazing it'll suddenly drop its charge, though but its a 2017 model so i don't know how easy it is to get truly reliable batteries

It didi not take long for my laptop to be delivered. I bought a "Fair" condition one and it is in perfect condition. Way better than I expected. Good job

Excellent prompt service expected delivery date was 28th but got it on 23rd.The computer is in excellent condition but there is no TOUCHSCREEN which is not as per specifications and I opted for it due to this option otherwise I would have gone for some other model.
