I can't fault the phone or the service my Galaxy A34 turned up in mint condition, works perfectly and if I didn't know it was refurbished then I would think it was brand new. Bonus too it arrived the day before predicted. Will definitely use Back Market again.

I wanted to upgrade my Huawei phone but did not wish to pay a premium, so trawled through several sites and found this one. It had such good reviews from several sites with regard to reconditioned items.I was not disappointed, not only the price but also the excellent condition that this reconditioned model was in.It was exactly as described.The process of buying was easy,and the tracking and delivery dates given were excellent.Yes, I have seen reconditioned deals of this model a bit cheaper elsewhere in the last few days, but I am really happy with my purchase and would not hesitate in making another purchase in the future from this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to make a purchase of a reconditioned item.

Very impressed with back market. needed to replace my son's phone with something sub 200 preferably Samsung. was pleasantly surprised by quickly finding the phone on the website. And phone delivered was brand new and in mint condition.

Quicker than you first stated, and arrived unexpectedly as tracker not updating, but I was in so no problem. I was surprised at the pristine condition - it still had samsung seals and film on screen, so it seemed unused.i was very happy with the deal which was massively under new price. Incredibly impressed with the phone. Hard to believe its reconditioned. I am convinced it's brand new. Will never buy a NEW phone again. I intend to purchase a laptop from this site soon too.
